bay8880 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bay8880. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

bay8880 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the bay8880 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. bay8880 is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

bay8880 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by bay8880 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or, in cases of prolonged non-compliance, account closure. Any funds held in an unverified account will be dealt with in accordance with applicable regulations.

bay8880 may, at its discretion, request additional documentation beyond standard KYC requirements where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bay8880 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

bay8880 will never contact you by email, SMS, or live chat to request your password or OTP. Any communication purporting to be from bay8880 and requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You agree to notify bay8880 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. bay8880 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access where such access resulted from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

All activity conducted through your Account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have previously notified bay8880 of a security breach affecting your Account.

bay8880 recommends that Players use a strong, unique password for their Account and enable any available two-factor authentication features. Players accessing the Platform from shared or public devices should ensure they log out fully after each session.

All deposits to your bay8880 Account must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform. Accepted methods include GCash, PayMaya / Maya, debit cards, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. bay8880 reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or instruments that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Any funds identified as originating from a third-party source may be confiscated and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.

bay8880 does not accept deposits made using credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency deposits of any kind are also strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the bay8880 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. bay8880 reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of identity verification or where there are reasonable grounds to conduct additional due diligence.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. These timeframes are indicative only and may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

bay8880 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to request documentation supporting the source of funds for large withdrawal requests, in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.

bay8880 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the relevant promotional terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.

bay8880 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn after it has been credited to a Player's Account, any wagering already completed in good faith will be taken into account.

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and may result in permanent account suspension: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer; using automated software or bots to meet wagering requirements; colluding with other Players to exploit promotional terms; or any other conduct that bay8880 reasonably determines to be an attempt to exploit its promotional offers.

bay8880 reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its sole discretion, including where bay8880 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player's participation is not in the spirit of the offer.

All games available on the bay8880 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are determined independently of any action taken by bay8880 or its staff.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on bay8880's servers, the server-side record shall be the definitive and binding result for all purposes.

The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over other Players or the Platform is strictly prohibited. bay8880 employs active monitoring to detect such activity and will suspend any Account found to be using prohibited tools.

Collusion between Players — including but not limited to sharing cards in poker, coordinating bets to exploit promotional terms, or any other form of cooperative cheating — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

bay8880 reserves the right to void any wager that was placed in error, placed on an event with an obvious pricing error, or placed in a manner that bay8880 reasonably determines to constitute exploitation of a technical fault or system error.

In the event of a game malfunction or technical interruption during an active wager, bay8880 will make reasonable efforts to restore the game to its state immediately prior to the interruption. Where this is not possible, the wager may be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Account balance.

bay8880 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to Players seriously. The Platform provides a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks, and self-exclusion options.

Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, or session time limits at any time through their Account settings. Reductions to these limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period of not less than 24 hours before the increase takes effect.

Players who wish to take a break from gaming may activate a temporary self-exclusion period of between 24 hours and 6 months through their Account settings. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and no wagers may be placed. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once activated.

Players who wish to permanently close their Account on responsible gaming grounds may contact bay8880 support to request permanent self-exclusion. Permanent self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed.

bay8880 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming controls on any Account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player may be experiencing gambling-related harm, including but not limited to unusually high deposit frequency, extended session durations, or patterns of escalating losses.

All content on the bay8880 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements — is the property of bay8880 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.

The bay8880 name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of bay8880. You may not use these trademarks without the prior written consent of bay8880.

The bay8880 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bay8880 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

bay8880 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if bay8880 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bay8880's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude bay8880's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

bay8880 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bay8880 may share your personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and payment processors where required by law or where necessary to prevent fraud or money laundering. bay8880 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You may close your bay8880 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

bay8880 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where: a Player has breached these Terms & Conditions; bay8880 is required to do so by a regulatory authority; bay8880 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; or a Player has been abusive toward bay8880 staff.

Where an Account is closed by bay8880 due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, bay8880 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Account balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, bay8880 may forfeit the Account balance in its entirety.

Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. bay8880 will make reasonable efforts to contact the Account holder before applying any dormancy fees. Dormant account policies are subject to applicable Philippine regulations.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the bay8880 Platform, you agree to first contact bay8880's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. bay8880 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent bay8880 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
